Call Navigator™ can automatically and immediately deliver calls to different
departments, individuals, another office, to mobiles, your own home. Our Business and
Enterprise services also enable you to receive calls abroad. Your customers will simply
hear music until the call is answered.
 Divert to mobiles:
Ability to receive calls on mobiles. Make sure you and your staff receive all important
calls even if you are out of the office or if have a mobile workforce. Pricing details

A ‘whisper’ announces which departmental option, or which individual,
has been called so you can always answer the phone professionally, with the appropriate

 Call screening:
Allows you to choose whether or not to accept an incoming call. For example, it can
stop calls being accepted by other home, office or mobile voicemail systems. This ensures
your business image remains consistent and professional.
 Hunt groups:
Each department contains a 'hunt group' of up to 10 telephone numbers that Call Navigator™ will
try in turn until the call is answered. You can include fixed, mobile and even international
numbers.
 Time of day/day of week
routing:
Make sure you don’t miss calls even when the office is closed. Redirect important
out of hours calls to mobiles, to home, or even to an overseas office in a different
time zone. For example, greetings and call handling can be changed automatically to
accommodate bank holidays, weekends, staff who work elsewhere on certain days.

 Automated text to speech

You can type in your own words which are immediately automatically converted into

your Call Navigator™ number. You can change your greetings FREE as often as you
wish.
 Receive Faxes:
Receive faxes directly to any fax machine using your standard Call Navigator™ number.
If you need to change to another fax machine elsewhere simply change the fax number
using your private control panel.
 Fax to e-mail:
Receive faxes directly on your desktop, wherever you are in the world. This facility
gives you the convenience and security of being able to access your faxes remotely from
the office or fax machine. Save money on a fax machine, maintenance contract and eliminate
paper jams. Cost is just 10p per fax, no matter how many pages it has.
 Call reporting:
Call reporting is a standard feature on all Call Navigator™ numbers, this allows
you to see how many calls you have received and how effective you are at managing them.
You can review the last three months of information on-line and analyse it by month/week/day
and hour of the day. Enhanced Marketing Reports are also available.
 Integrated voicemail:
No need to buy an expensive add-on voicemail service, this comes as standard with
all Call Navigator™ services. Integrated voicemail ensures that if you really
are busy, there is no limit on the number of simultaneous callers who can leave messages
. These can be accessed using your PC free of charge or by dialling from a fixed or
mobile phone using your PIN. You can direct calls straight to voicemail if preferred.
 Email notification of voicemail:
Always stay in touch. You can receive an email notification every time a message is
left. This will tell you the time and date the message was received and the department
the caller wished to speak with. Simply clicking on the link in the email takes you
to your control panel where you can listen to the message free of charge. Messages can
also be accessed by dialling from a fixed or mobile phone using your PIN.
 Mobile text alerts:
If you are on the move, you can choose to receive notification of voicemail messages
via text messages on your mobile. A text alert means you can return that important call
immediately. It eliminates the need to keep dialling in to check for messages and saves
money on needless calls.
 Call conferencing:
Save on time and travelling expenses and make call conferencing a cost-saver for your

Call Navigator™ offers a very cost-effective telephone conferencing facility
with your own allocated number. This facility is free to set up with Call Navigator™ Business
and Enterprise and has no monthly fees. We charge just 8p per minute for each participant,
far cheaper than our major competitors.
 Music on hold:
You can select from a range of different types of music (including a ring tone) for
your callers to hear.
 Directory Enquiries entry:
Make sure your number is made widely available to encourage customers to call you.
Your Directory Enquiries entry ensures your number appears in all the major directory
enquiries listings, the BT phone book and Yellow Pages.
 Porting:
We can port your existing non geographic BT number to Call Navigator™ so you
can keep your existing number and also get all the benefits of Call Navigator™.
